Biography<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Christine (Chrissy) Kelly, PhD <\/strong>is a Professor in the College of Community and Global Health<\/a> and a research affiliate at the Centre on Aging <\/a>at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Dr. Kelly has expertise in home care services, care workforce planning, qualitative methods, disability studies, and aging. Funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and the World Health Organization, her research helped shape Canadian home care policy through government consultation, widespread publications, and invited participation in human rights cases. Dr. Kelly is an associate editor for the International Journal of Care and Caring<\/a><\/em> and an appointed member of the National Seniors Council<\/a> that advises the federal government of Canada. Her efforts have been recognized been by a Canadian Association on Gerontology Mid-Career Award (2026) and Falconer Emerging Researcher Rh Award (2021).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
