Mehdi Hasan<\/strong> (he\/him) is a PhD candidate in the College of Community and Global Health at the University of Manitoba under the supervision of Dr. Kelly. He received his MPH from Independent University, Bangladesh. He is a research assistant for Dr. Kelly\u2019s research team. He received the University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship and a top-up grant from the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research interests<\/strong>: health care workforce, health systems and policy, home care<\/p>\n<\/div>

Zahra Lachinani <\/span><\/strong>(she\/her) is an occupational therapist from Iran and an MSc student in Community Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba under the supervision of Dr. Kelly. Her clinical experience includes working with children and older adults across diverse rehabilitation settings. Her current research focuses on health care aides, mental health, and aging. She is excited to bring her clinical experience into academia and research to better understand health and social needs and improve care for older adults.

Lisette Dansereau<\/span><\/strong>, PhD (she\/her), is a Lead Research Associate in the College of Community and Global Health at the University of Manitoba. Dr. Dansereau has worked with research teams examining home care policy; system navigation; experiences of care receipt, care giving and care work; caregiving during COVID-19; and post-secondary student engagement in aging studies. Dr. Dansereau’s work has been recognized by a doctoral fellowship (SSHRC) and the Jack McDonnell Award for Research in Aging (MB Centre on Aging). 

Research interests:<\/strong> aging, long-term and community care services, care relations and care work<\/p>\n<\/div>

Yuns Oh<\/span><\/strong> (he\/him) received an MSc from the Department of Computer and Electrical Engineering at the University of Manitoba. He went on to a PhD at the Pohang University of Science and Technology. He is the Research Associate- Research Coordinator<\/span> for Dr. Christine Kelly’s research activities.

Research interests:<\/strong> Direct funding, home care, health equity, disability studies.
